Our Services

As the owner of a small-medium sized business, you may not even be sure what services you require! But that’s okay, we’re here to take the pressure off and clear up any queries with some straight-forward and helpful advice.

Tax Returns

Individuals with un-taxed income, such as from self-employment or rental income, must declare this to HMRC each year through Self-Assessment.

VAT Returns

VAT Registered businesses must submit returns to HMRC, usually quarterly, via Making Tax Digital (MTD) software.

Payroll

Employers must use payroll software to submit a Full Payment Submission (FPS) to HMRC about employee payments and deductions.

Year End Accounts

Limited Companies in the U.K. are required to file financial accounts annually with Companies House. Sole Traders are not required to do so, but they will give you a clearer overview of business performance.

Bookkeeping

Businesses with a large volume of transactions can benefit from regular bookkeeping, as this helps to keep records in order and can give a more clear reflection of how your business is performing.

CIS Returns

Contractors who are registered under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) must submit returns to HMRC on a monthly basis with details of payments and deductions for sub-contractors.
